30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have a full 30 days from the date of delivery to return your necktie or bowtie. Whether it’s a change of mind or a product concern, you’re covered by our no-hassle return guarantee.

When Can You Return a Product?

Although we do not require a specific reason, here are common situations where returns are accepted:

Manufacturing Defects

  • Loose or faulty stitching
  • Fabric flaw or imperfection
  • Hook, clasp, or adjustment mechanism not functioning properly

Product Arrived Damaged

  • If your order arrives with visible damage from shipping, simply report it to us upon delivery.

Color or Pattern Variation

  • We strive for accuracy, but digital displays can differ. If the color or pattern you received looks significantly different from what you ordered, a return or exchange is available.

Incorrect Item Received

  • If you were sent the wrong bowtie or necktie, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

  • If the product is not what you expected or doesn’t match your style, you are free to return it within the 30-day window.

How to Make a Return

Step 2: Approval & Label
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. There are no hidden fees.

Step 3: Prepare the Item
Please ensure the product is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • With all tags intact
  • Packed securely in its original packaging

Important: Always contact us before sending a product back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refund Process

  • Inspection – Once we receive your item, our quality team will inspect it.
  • Confirmation – You will be notified via email once your return is approved.
  • Refund – A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for your preferred style.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it right away and issue a full refund.
